We are looking for an Engineering/Maintenance Manager for our manufacturing facility who will be responsible for the Engineering and Maintenance departments that provide support to the overall manufacturing operations and projects of the company, including Molding, Painting , Assembly and Warehouse departments as well as building facilities.

Responsibilities include:
Engineering coordination and management of new product and process development (new equipment evaluation, product quality, capacity and capability studies, new production lines configuration, new or modified lay-outs, standardized work instructions, maintenance requirements, time studies, etc.), and reviews and confirms progress/results of the projects based on pre-determined schedules and implements strategies to overcome any delay or issue.

Train and coach Production/Maintenance Engineers and Maintenance Supervisor and makes sure all Maintenance Techs are trained, for them to be able to perform their jobs motivated, efficiently, to measure specific applicable performance indicators (KPI) and to report them appropriately with accuracy and in a timely manner, to ultimately meet specific Maintenance, Projects and overall Company Targets.
Manage and support Maintenance Supervisor to make sure that the preventive/predictive maintenance schedule for all plant's machines and equipment is being performed on time and that the equipment spare parts are identified and MR's are placed and authorized to keep inventory of common and critical spare parts based on risk, cost and lead time.

Hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical knowledge. Experience with PLC, Controls and HVAC is desired.

Requires a B.S. Degree in a technical field or 5 years minimum of progressive manufacturing engineering/maintenance experience and responsibilities, 3 of which must be in a supervisory capacity.
Requires broad technical and leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
