Focus of this role:

We need friendly, well organized “people” persons who can develop, manage and optimize accounts within a structured territory, resulting in additional revenue, gross profit and market share; Utilize existing contacts / relationships to cross sell Equipment Product Lines

.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic solutions sales approach – Launching new Product Line
  • (Full Industry/Products training is provided for this role.)
  • Qualified Leads / Contacts are provided, leveraging existing customer relationships
  • Maintaining long term relationships
  • Ensure that all requests for quotes/RFP are properly delivered and followed up on
  • Providing pricing and other market feedback
  • Prospecting and building a pipeline
  • Data Gathering, Analysis, Preparing and Presenting Quotes/Demo/Proposals
  • Utilize CRM to properly manage relations, activities, quotes etc.
  • Other duties as assigned and related to this role

Compensation, Benefits and other information:

  • Excellent Compensation Package– includes base salary, plus commission and other incentives
  • Benefits package – Health/Medical, 401(k), Dental Insurance, Paid Vacation, and Personal Leave, etc.
  • Travel – Territory includes Memphis (shared), ½ of Western Tennessee and Northern Mississippi, Limited overnight (Training and in territory visits, 3 times per month minimum)

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of current/previous outside sales success
  • Understanding of all aspects of the sales cycle; generation to close
  • Prospecting and new account development experience
  • Work efficiently with multiple opportunities in parallel
  • Ability to manage a large pipeline of activities while working with multiple opportunities in parallel
  • Willingness to learn, and continually absorb, industry knowledge and trends
  • Self-starter; ability to work well independently as well as excel in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills (interpersonal and written)
  • Personable, overachiever with desire to be successful
  • Competitive with a strong dedication to integrity and honesty
  • Focused on providing customer satisfaction; experience developing long terms relationships
  • Excel, Word, & General computer knowledge a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
