Finzer Roller is looking for an ERP Administrator focused on the management and support of the Epicor system and other software applications. Works collaboratively with all business units. Will focus on increasing the system performance, implementing modules, customizations, solutions, and keeper of the production environment.

$90k - $120k, bonus opportunity, health, dental, vision, life, short and long term disability, 401k + match, paid weekly. Position is hybrid. Some workdays onsite, others work-from-home. Local candidates only please.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Management and day-to-day support of Epicor ERP application
• Test and troubleshoot system changes.
• Train users on new and existing procedures.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects.
• Work with team members, business analysts, and stakeholders to intake requirements and develop strategies against them.
• Create and maintain custom dashboards with BAQ & BPMs.
• Develop changes to the system into new process and procedures.
• Integration and interfacing of modules within Epicor and for third-party applications and software.
• Support end users by troubleshooting error messages and training users on more efficient processes.
• Works with Epicor ERP vendor support for unresolved issues or bugs.
• Epicor Modules used: Sales Management, Production Management, Material Management, Financial Management, Maintenance Management, Advanced Printing & Routing, and Knowledge Mentor.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
• 4+ year experience with SQL database maintenance
• 4+ years experience with SSRS reporting, including administration and report design
• 4+ years experience with BAQ, Dashboards, and DMT.
• 5+ year experience ERP administration
• Crystal Reporting experience a plus
• Experience with Epicor 10 preferred
• Excellent analytical, planning, management problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of product life cycle, tools, processes and operations planning.
• Customer service capabilities and aptitude.
• Ability to work independently while interfacing with multiple departments, including Finance, Sales and Production.
• Able to travel as needed. Some overnight travel required.
