We have a fantastic full-time opportunity here at Triad Financial Services for an Escrow Analysis Clerk. The main function of the position will be running escrow analysis on accounts by state and additional duties will include:

• Posting refunds to escrow accounts
• Making disbursements from escrow accounts
• Opening and scanning incoming mail
• Calling insurance companies and Agents
• Assisting borrowers via email or phone
• Processing yearly and or interim escrow analysis
• Calling tax collectors or navigating county websites
• Answering general insurance claim questions according to the policy and procedure
• Logging, scanning, and tracking requests in our system of record, MSP

Familiarity with Homeowner's Insurance, Tax and Flood Insurance

• Able to pull and analyze reports and able to determine the correct components of an escrow account
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, strong attention to detail
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given
• Must be able to type at a rate at least 50 WPM
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook+)
• Prior mortgage experience required
• Back end escrow knowledge highly preferred
