Bachelors degree in business related field or equivalent combination of business ownership and education preferred.

Triage and respond to tickets created through the ticketing system in a timely and courteous manner, resolve or escalate as appropriate and document steps taken

Responsible for payroll file retention per federal and state regulations. Conduct routine biweekly payroll data entry in Workday & UKG Dimensions.
