Executive Administrative Assistant - Executive Operations

Our Executive Operations team keeps us on track by conducting internal operational audits, analyzing company performance and reporting findings and recommendations to Uline’s President.

Position Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Executive Operations and Uline’s Executive Operations department.
Complete day-to-day reporting, correspondence and other clerical duties.
Assist with presentations in terms of collecting and organizing the data.
Maintain and update department documentation, project tracking, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate department meetings, luncheons, travel plans and engagements.
Manage payroll data input, communication and compliance with Uline's payroll department.
Submit and reconcile expense reports as necessary.
Minimum Requirements
High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years of administrative / clerical experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Extremely organized. Strong multitasking and time-management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
