I am looking for a sharp person who can help me help my clients. I need someone who can take some of the Admin tasks off my plate, so I can spend my time generating value for our clients. Our clients trust us with their personal & financial information, so professionalism and discretion are a must for this position. You must pass a criminal background check to be accepted for this position. This is a part-time hourly position.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling meetings & phone calls with clients
• Draft correspondence & communications
• Screen phone calls to the owner
• Send & receive client information through our online portal
• Scan & organize client data and mail received
• Greet clients in office and make them feel welcome
• Light cleaning in between regular janitorial days
• Handle other administrative duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
