Answer the phone, redirect calls, and take messages. Greet customers, guests and employees (in person and regular attendance is required).

Analyze defects & enhancements: Analyze, design, develop, test changes to existing components to remedy defects or add functionality/capability.

Operate a Point-of-Sale terminal to process guest transactions, with accurate cash handling, other tender acceptance, and applying coupons or discounts.
