5 month Executive & Marketing Assistant with a great eye for detail is required to support the Vice President of Global Marketing & Sales for an innovative team of industry leading scientists and software engineers in prostate cancer detection.

To be considered for the position, it is essential that the candidate have:

• Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
• Thorough MS Office skills, particularly SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
• An enthusiastic, positive attitude, outgoing personality and warm phone, face-to-face manner
• Ambition, energy, discipline and strong organizational skills
• Self-motivation, an eye for detail and a passion for excellence
• Ability to deal with, and prioritize, constantly changing requirements
• A good eye for visual design and layout of documentsDesirable, although not essential requirements:
• Degree level education or 3 years as an executive/marketing assistant
• Adobe Illustrator knowledge helpful
• Graphics and/or layout experience helpful

Job Description:

• Manage VP’s appointments and trade show attendance
• Schedule Clinical Site trainings, installations and repairs
• Undertake tasks to free up the VP such as introductions, agendas, printing,

expense reports, etc.

• Assist with the brand implementation and development
• Produce on-brand documents and mailings
• Maintain events calendar
• Makes travel arrangements when necessary
• Assists with budget tracking and advertising
• Produce sales estimates and quotes Local Candidates preferred
• Shipping and Service handling

Salary DOE

Job Type: Temporary

Salary: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
