Serve as primary receiver and responder of our customer service email and inbound calls (estimated 30 emails and inbound calls/daily).

Assisting policy owners and agents with incoming calls pertaining to their life insurance policies/ products. Ability to communicate verbally and through emails

Ability to develop and implement cost containment measures and new revenue sources. Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree and current pharmacy licensure in the state

This role will be critical to our ability to seamlessly support our dealerships and guests. College degree and/or certification in Information Systems

Understanding of network design, encryption, mobile security, network security technologies, monitoring tools and vulnerability management is required.
