Independent, non-profit rural hospital is in the recruitment process for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team of Family Care Clinic providers.

• Current MO RN, FNP license, OR Current MO PA license
• Current BLS.
• Excellent, proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Experience practicing within the full scope of an RN/NP including ordering appropriate diagnostic tests, medications and therapeutic interventions. Excellent communication skills.
• Strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of best practice for varied populations.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Must exhibit an eagerness and capacity to adapt to change.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and conceptual skills.
• Proven success in providing inspirational leadership in a team environment and ability to encourage innovation and creativity amongst team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Interdisciplinary and Physician teams.
• Prefer 1-3 years of experience.
• Rural Health Clinic experience a plus.
• EHR navigation, MS Word, Excel skills desirable.
