Greet, register, medically screen, and interview blood donors to determine donor eligibility according to Central Pennsylvania Blood Bank (CPBB) standard operating procedures. Perform successful phlebotomy, provide donor care, and handle product according to CPBB standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements. During blood collection visits, follow instructions as provided by the Mobile Team Lead. Perform work in accordance with Federal and state rules, regulations, CPBB policies and procedures, and in compliance with direction provided by the Director of Donor Services.
The mobile bus operates 7 days a week with a varied schedule dependent upon what meets the needs of the community. Phlebotomists typically work 5-6 days per week in order to meet the blood supply needs of the area.

Maintain customer relations, foster customer development, and provide general input on existing customer relationships. High school or equivalent (Required).
Professional licensure including MSW, LGSW, or LCSW (Maintain licensure according to state and federal regulations). Masters degree in social work required.
Prepare weekly, monthly and annual forecasts in conjunction with plant management. Review aged inventory and present information to plant management.
Responsible for all correspondence including entering all incoming orders by phone or email from customers and distributors in the Premier Aero Store website,
Evidence of current/active CHRC certificate (required by Maine law) *This certification may be pursued later in the hiring process, but the candidate must be
