Job Description :

We are seeking a financial analyst that will be able to independently gather and organize a multitude of financial statements to accurately make forecasts and projections of both personal and company financial positions.

The ideal candidate will have either a degree in finance or vast financial experience in the form of CPA, past financial analyst role, experience in real estate, commercial banking or similar. A background in business with a passion for numbers is also preferred. Job duties would include:

· Preparation of personal financial statements. Downloading and organizing account balances. Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable.

· Calculate and prepare reports pertaining to the depreciation of assets.

· Prepare and report on short-term and long-term cash flow statements.

· Gather and organize mortgage interest statements, mortgage statements, credit card statements, bank account statements.

· Reviewing and understanding of rent rolls and other income producing accounts.

· Provide documents to assist accounting team with quarterly and annual reporting requirements.

· Using QuickBooks or like; prepare, analyze and report on balance sheets and profit and loss reports.

· Preparation of requests for financing proposals.

· Preparation and reporting of financial ratios such as cash on cash, return on equity, debt service and debt to income ratios.

· Assist with the preparation of project draw requests.

There is an opportunity for a full or part-time position. There is also potential for a hybrid schedule that would allow for remote work.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $48,494.46 - $107,521.93 per year
