Key performance objectives for this role…

• Financial Oversight: Oversees the financial success of all assets under management to ensure asset owners and investors achieve their desired ROI.
• Relationship Management: Manages the communication and relationship between asset owners and investors, and property management to ensure balance between asset quality and profitability is achieved.
• Quality Assurance: Oversees overall asset quality to ensure assets are being managed and maintained as agreed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
