SALARY RANGE: $112,500 - $136,332 annually, plus excellent benefit
package including PERS retirement, deferred compensation plan, medical,
dental, vision, life insurance, vacation and sick leave.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Financial Director, under the direct supervision of the Executive Director,
manages the financial and accounting functions of the organization to assure
protection of financial and physical assets and to provide appropriate financial
data supporting management control and decision making process. Financial
record for Housing Authority will be maintained as established by HUD, General
Accepted Accounting Practices, Federal, and State regulations in an efficient
manner.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Graduate of an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in
Accounting and five years of progressively responsible finance and fiscal
planning and management, two years of which must be at a supervisory level.
Progressively responsible experience in budget strategies, development and
analysis. Ability to interpret and comply with established local, state, and federal
accounting procedures and systems. Preference given towards experience in
governmental accounting, fund accounting (GAAP, GASB, and HUD).
