Notably, the Ethereum Foundation is using us to test The Merge from proof-of-work to proof-of-stake: the hardest software migration in the history of software.

Responsibilities:

• Create user interface designs for desktop based applications and cloud services for a technical audience.
• Develop design prototypes for testing with users.
• Work with Product and Engineering to create new products or improve existing products based on user research and customer feedback.
• Conduct usability surveys and research to identify areas of improvement for existing products or new product ideas.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure designs can be effectively implemented in code.
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure compliance within product and marketing designs.
• Ensure designs meet industry standards for usability and accessibility.
• Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

You will thrive as Sr. Product Designer if you have:

• Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, wire-framing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
• 4+ years of experience in product design for technical products
• Demonstrable well-rounded work portfolio.
• Proven experience is designing for developers/technical audience
• Proven experience designing desktop applications
• Ability to collect and interpret quantitative and quantitative feedback.
• Attention for small details and nuances to differentiate good design from great design.
• Ability to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Experience with wire-framing, prototyping, and shipping designs with Figma.
• A positive, open-minded, driven, open to feedback, and collaborative personality.
