Responsibilities Include:


Effectively utilize systems to process financial transactions, account opening and maintenance, loans, referrals and problem resolution with accuracy and efficiency in accordance with established policies and procedures. Conduct member conversations to fully identify member needs.


Follow dual control procedures in opening and closing of vault, ATM, and branch. Maintain minimum of cash in draw to ensure compliance with security/safety measures.


Participate and assist in supporting branch, Retail Banking and Organizational goals.


Comply with all aspects of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) ad Office of Foreignn Asset Control (OFAC) regulatory requirements as it relates to this positions. Example: Accurate CTR reporting, Wire Transfers, CIP, etc.
