We are looking for an experienced and skilled restuarant manager with remarkable skills, who will run a restaurant effectively and with attention to detail.
Our restaurant manager candidates are required to be in constant contact with the staff and guests. They need to be able to ensure their staff delivers the highest quality customer experience and monitor the overall financial performance of the restaurant.
The responsibilities of a restaurant manager are to meet and exceed the standards for guest service by traiing and empowering the servers and bartenders to deliver exceptional service to build guest loyalty by ensuring suring the customers have a great dining experience.
The restaurant manager candidate should be reliable, accommodating, courteous, and friendly to ensure that the guests are fully satisfied.
Responsibilities of a Restuarnat Manager
- Recruiting and appraising staff
- Training and supervising staff
- Managing budgets
- Maintaining financial and statistical records
- Performing table visits
- Dealing with customer complaints and queries
- Overseeing bar stock and pricing control
- Maximizing profitability and productivity
- Motivating staff to meet sales targets
- Setting sales targets
- Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations
- Liaising with management
- Oversee bar staff and assist as needed
- Bi-weekly bar inventory and cost controls
- Assist kitchen as needed
- Expo as needed
- Opening and closing duties
- Work with other managers to achieve restauarnt budgets
