Arader Galleries location in Saint Helena seeks a gallery sales associate and administrative assistant.

Hours are 11am - 5pm

Thursday - Monday

$24/hr plus commission on sales

This is an opportunity to gain exerience working in an internationally known, well established art gallery.

Tasks include:

Client interface and Customer Service
Manning the Gallery

Greeting clients and walk ins

Communicating with me regarding your cleint interactions

Making Sales

Computer work - basic skills or willingness to learn

Email,

photoshop,

Google Docs and Google Sheets

uploading products onto our website, run through Shopify,

data entry,

formatting and printing gallery art work signage,

creating and posting on our social media accounts.

Running Instagram Shop and manually uploading products

Running our Google Ads

Helping with mailing letters and updates to various clients.

MailChimp emails

Gallery maintenance:
-Printing and mounting gallery signage
-help with packing and shipping artwork
-general gallery maintenance (lightbulbs, window cleaning, dusting etc) and keeping the gallery organized
- help rehanging the gallery on a regular basis, especially the windows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour
