Position: General Labour

Location: 1500 West Delano 306 (PO Box) Littlefield TX

Shift Information: 40 Hours Job

Pay Rate- $16/h

Duties:

• This position is accountable for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the plant. Key emphasis will be placed on operating equipment to produce the best quality of seed to the customer. Additional emphasis will be placed on safety, repairs and maintenance, variety cleans, and reliability.

Performance Requirements
1. Clean Shaven
2. Able to wear full face, half face, or dust mask.
3. Able to climb ladders, stairs, and steps.
4. Able to work at heights.
5. Able to lift 50 lbs.
