Are you experienced in problem solving, critical thinking, and working with business leaders? Our Global Service Operations team is seeking an experienced Product Owner who can help us implement and maintain the best phone and messaging platforms possible. Consider joining our team to understand our business needs that help support our Customer Service users. You and our team may use tools like Avaya, Five 9, Twilio, WeChat, Tableau, Qualtrics, and much more.
4-year degree in business, project management or 2 years' experience with written process, project management, and reporting in a corporate environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Unified Communications Platform experience preferred.
As a part of the Mouser Customer Experience team, you will be joining a staff of innovative and dedicated people passionate about ensuring that Mouser provides the best possible experience for all of our customers throughout the Customer Journey.
