Walton is currently looking for a full-time Graphic and Multimedia Designer that will work out of our global headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ. The candidate will have design experience working in a business environment with a focus on B2B digital collateral, presentations and creating and editing video. Our ideal person is a visionary, proactive professional that enjoys working with a collaborative team for various markets across North America. Financial industry and/or real estate design experience is a plus.

This position will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing, North America

Responsibilities

· Day-to day design and production of marketing and business development collateral in a digital and print format including proposals, slide decks, two-pagers, project updates, e-blasts, social, website and a variety of other projects, as needed

· Update Walton’s land asset portfolio in digital and print formats including aerial photos, land videos and other supporting collateral

· Support design and editing of project and corporate videos

· Update data reports and databases, as required

· Additional duties as assigned

Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, multimedia design, web design or related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years graphic design experience in a professional business setting in print, digital and motion. Web design is a plus.
• An evolving attitude to keep up with the latest design tools, technologies and trends
• You are a motivated and driven designer that can collaborate with a team
• You are a strong communicator that is able to articulate design ideas clearly, engage in brainstorming discussions, and accept directional feedback.
• You have fundamental analytical skills to decipher data from reports and databases
• Excellent organization skills to file work that can easily be shared with the team
• Strong attention to detail
• Advanced skills with design software, primarily the Adobe Creative Suite and HTML
• Familiar with video editing software
• Experience with WordPress and MailChimp is a plus
• Maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct
