REP Outdoor Group LLC, an outdoor lifestyle company, is now hiring a Graphics Art Director. This position is responsible for producing packaging for our proprietary products and publication material for both print-based, and web-based applications. The position will have extensive communication with our agents overseas to coordinate successful implementation of packaging guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Represent our organization in a professional manner
• Produce high quality professional work
• Work closely with our product development team to develop packaging that is retail compelling
• Produce marketing pieces for our brand team that communicate and illustrate the features and value in the product we supply to the world

Qualifications:

• 2+ years prior graphics design experience
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills by email or phone
• Be an effective communicator and team focused
• Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Dedicated and self-motivated with a passion to be successful
• Possess a strong work ethic
• Customer oriented to achieve long-term relationships
• Must be able to successfully complete a background and drug test

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
