Job Description :

Summary of essential job functions:

· Create advertising and promotional materials for print and web (flyers, logos, brochures, e-blasts, etc.)

· Design and develop effective direct mail layouts, advertisements for magazine ads, e-mail marketing ads, brochures and other promotional items

· Collaborate with IT, Marketing and Sales Departments concerning design needs

· Ensure development to future branding and maintain current branding standards

· Prioritize assignments and ensures deadlines are met to deliver all projects in accordance with project timelines and overall initiative strategy

· Obtains bids, preps files and sends digital artwork to vendors to be printed and/or published

· Manage equipment listings on external websites

· Assist with taking pictures

· Assist with video projects

· Assist with equipment searches
Beneficial Additional Skills, not required:
· Act as a liaison with offsite I.T. Firm in all aspects of network/system administration, voice/data telecommunications, information security, database management and help desk support.
· Oversees the installation and implementation of desktops, hardware, and software according to department standards and procedures.
· Manage all media campaign and promotional materials.
· Generate sales leads through company websites, email marketing and third-party websites.
· Direct the creation of new advertising pieces and works with the trade media to place pieces into publication.
· Assist sales in preparing for trade shows and special presentations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)
