Graphic Designer Job Description

NAI Rio Grande Valley, a leading commercial real estate company in the Rio Grande Valley, is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will create impactful graphics following the company's brand guidelines, including digital and print materials, brochures, presentations, and more.

Work Experience:

MUST have real work experience with Adobe Creative Suite software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and basic HTML.

Additional experience required:

• Adobe Premiere
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Dreamweaver
• WordPress
• Hootsuite
• Constant Contact
• Microsoft Office
• Computer fluency in Mac and PC

Skills

• Proven graphic designing experience
• Degree in Graphic Design or related field
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Proficient with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Ability to solve problems quickly
• Creativity and originality
• Knowledge of graphic design fundamentals, layouts, typography, color theory, print, and the web
• Keep up with current design trends

Responsibilities:

• Maintain company branding throughout marketing materials including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, banners, signage, business cards, postcards, email signatures
• Social media management through Hootsuite
• Creation and coordination of email blast campaigns through Constant Contact
• Research and Marketing projects as needed to assist brokers to prepare marketing and proposal packages for clients
• Template creation
• Perform retouching and manipulation of photos
• Custom flyer/brochure/proposal design
• Custom maps, aerials and editing of site and floor plans
• Website maintenance
• Digital and print advertising
• Improve visual communication of marketing materials

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
