AWMA, Inc., wholesaler and retailer of sporting goods for martial arts supplies, boxing equipment, heavy training bags, BJJ, MMA, and etc. has an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer based at our Northeast Philadelphia Corporate office located a 1/4 mile from the Northeast airport.

We are looking for a candidate who is hands-on with strong attention to detail, has excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as good team working skills, and can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Generate graphic concepts for production, with creativity, informational value, speed, and accuracy
• Select colors, images, text style, and layout as appropriate
• Create visually appealing and technically correct deliverables
• Understand, implement, and carry out all Company policies, procedures, and standards
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
• Edit & organize 500 page catalog using InDesign
• Organize Calendar & Oversee the programing for Klaviyo email e-blasts

Qualifications:

• Must have expert knowledge with "InDesign" and "Adobe Creative Cloud"
• Must know how to program Mailchimp or Klaviyo
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design
• Minimum five years' experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio
• Knowledge of martial arts and boxing a plus
• Digital photography a plus
• HTML experience a plus
• Website design, development, and maintenance experience a plus
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Social media administration experience a plus
• Up to date with industry leading software and technologies
• Able to work under tight deadlines
• Possess good attention to detail and improve existing documentation
• Process oriented and interest in continuously improving
• Vigilant toward maintenance and troubleshooting existing applications
• Demonstrated flexibility, judgment, and excellent time management skills
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
• Professionalism regarding time, costs, and deadlines
• Excellent organization skills
• Able to work independently

This position will be reporting to the Executive Team.
