As a Guest Relations Team Member at the Thrill Capital of New England...
You'll contribute to our mission by:

Supporting the Six Flags Mantra - Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service

Talking with guests and answering questions regarding park policies and procedures
-
Explaining pass and ticket information to guests
- Assisting with the communication of park information, polices, and procedures
- Resolving guest complaints in a friendly and professional manner

Assisting guests with lost or misplaced season passes and operating the Six Flags Season Pass database

Completing all required paperwork accurately

Providing local area information and directions to guests

Handling sales transactions as needed

Assisting with VIP Tours
You'll do it with your:

Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office and Windows OS are required Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety

Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner

Analytical problem solving skill

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Sense of fun

Friendly, outgoing personality, and ability to address guest concerns

Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language
