Supervisory Responsibilities: Non-supervisor role

Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to R&D, manufacturing, and customer.

• Solve the engineering issue timely

• Analyze the failures and collaborate with R&D to find out the root cause

• Manage and guide the transition of products into production

• Review and guide the troubleshooting/repair direction

Education and Experience (Relevant or Preferred):

Qualifications

• BS, MS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum 3 years of professional experience

• Knowledge of/ Experience in/ Proficiency in server/storage/PC hardware architecture

• Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and communication skills

• Experience working in manufacturing and/or product development role

• Hands-on lab debug experience with scopes is desirable

• Experience in designing circuit boards is desirable

Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
