Serve as primary receiver and responder of our customer service email and inbound calls (estimated 30 emails and inbound calls/daily).

Work with project managers to create and implement a comprehensive project development plan including schedules, cost targets, technical requirements and risks

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred). Schedule: Standard afternoon shift, 5 days/week - paid holidays and paid time off!
