Help us grow our team of seasoned home health professionals! Goodwin Home Health, a service line of Goodwin Living that provides rehabilitative services to older adults in the community. Join a team that supports independence and flexibility in your career!

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Goodwin Home Health is seeking an articulate, motivated and high-energy individual with experience in home health marketing strategy who will ensure comprehensive community outreach about community-based services.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Generate referrals and admissions for home health by building relationships with hospitals, SNFs, physicians, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources.
  • Grow and expand market accounts related to home health and home and community-based services.
  • Conduct market analyses; develop sales strategy and goals in collaboration with Home Health Executive Director and other senior leaders.
  • Conduct marketing and sales calls and evaluate results and effectiveness of sales activity.
  • Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources and accounts.
  • Monitors external and internal environment for development of new market segments or trends.
  • Market research plans for our services; collaborate on brand positioning, databases, and direct response.
  • Assists with public relations outreach through speaking engagements, in-services, and other involvement in community organizations.
  • Develop marketing strategies which will assist organization to reach target goals set by leadership for growth in the department and within the market

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • As a liaison with the community, excels and models professional and customer-service oriented values representing the mission and vision of Goodwin Home and Community-Based Services.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in communications, business or marketing.
  • At least one year of recent marketing experience in home health or similar industry; with at least three years total of marketing in the health care industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
  • Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market.
  • Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical.
  • Outstanding customer service, verbal, and written skills required.
  • Knowledge and ability to work with technology to access various markets with these strategies.
  • Able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Able to perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of data.
