Vista Care is looking to fill the role of a full-time HR Business Partner at our corporate office in Sheboygan, WI
Job Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for aligning strategic business objectives with employees and leadership in designated areas at Vista Care. This position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to Vista Care leadership and employees that reflects the business objectives of Vista Care.

This position will be reporting to the Director of Human Resources at Vista Care
Location:
This position will be hybrid. The location of the position will be based in Sheboygan, WI at Vista Care’s Corporate Office but the position will be able to work remotely twice (2x) a week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participates routinely in meetings with assigned business units
- Oversees the HR Dashboard for Vista Care. Pulls reports and ensures all data is updated and reported accurately. Analyzes trends and provides recommendations for improvement
- Conducts, manages and resolves complex employee relations and investigations; ensures due diligence is completed and all investigations are thorough and objective; provides recommendations to assigned business units based on the findings of the investigation/trends.
- Consults with Vista Care operations leadership, providing HR guidance and recommendations as appropriate
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance (counseling, career development, career advancement and disciplinary action, as needed)
- Partners with assigned business units to improve work relationships, build engagement and increase productivity and retention
- Analyzes trends and metrics for the assigned business units and develops solutions, programs and policies
- Assists the Director of Human Resources with various initiatives, including but not limited to: succession planning, talent reviews, employee engagement, improving retention and performance management
- Creates/Revises policies and procedures for the Human Resources Dept. and the organization
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Maintains an in-depth knowledge of all employment laws in the jurisdictions that Vista Care operates within: Nevada, South Dakota and Wisconsin
- Assists with Recruiting as needed on an ad hoc basis or based on Vista Care needs.
- Strategically sources talent for the organization
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resources
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources required or at least five (5) years of Human Resources experience
- Working knowledge of multiple Human Resources disciplines, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and Federal, state and local employment laws.
- SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP or equivalent preferred
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer/laptop
