Qualifications:

• Active PA OTR License in good standing
• Current PPD/TB test
• Covid vaccination

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide services that help improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from diseases or injuries.
• Record patient responses to treatments and reports outcomes of treatment through proper documentation in Rehab Optima/Net Health
• Establishing relationships with your patients to keep them engaged and positive about their treatment
• Provide guidance to family members and facility staff
• Conducting yourself in a kind, courteous and professional manner to all patients, family members, facility staff and fellow team members
• Keeping a positive, teamwork approach
