Lead Uline’s Brand and Advertising team to implement innovative and creative marketing plans to reach Uline’s prospective hires where they live: through social, digital and traditional mediums. Use your expertise to support hiring goals for Uline’s 13 locations across North America.

Position Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Brand and Advertising team.
Assist in marketing for all recruitment efforts.
Oversee the career site, job boards, Google ads and other digital and non-digital channels.
Manage copy and creative assets to ensure design is relevant, interesting and consistent with our Corporate assets.
Monitor and report spend and performance of advertising.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Management experience required.
