Experience with Qualtrics (or similar survey tools), Excel, IRB processes, SPSS (or other statistical software), and running research experiments of all kinds

Must be able to answer phones and deliver the message to the correct person in the office in a timely manner. Be able to file entered invoices, maintenance logs

Front office reception duties (phone calls, scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out, making sales, answering questions).

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
