Human Resources Manager

Family-Owned Construction Company is looking to expand their team. We are dedicated to carrying our family traditions and values into our business. We are seeking a Human Resources Manager

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities and Responsibilities

• Effective relationship building, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience in safety and training programs
• Positive Attitude and sense of humor, must be able to support and build upon our positive culture
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Understanding of OSHA, Workers Compensation, STD, Life Insurance, Medical
• Ability to effectively communicate, build rapport and relate well to all kinds of people
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Organization skills and attention to detail are a must
• Ability to fill multiple roles simultaneously
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
• BA/BS, preferably in HR Management
• ISNetworld and Veriforce experience
• 5-10 years’ HR experience
• Ensure confidentiality, accurate recordkeeping, and compliance on all subject matters
• Payroll experience with ADP preferred
• Experience with DOT laws and regulations pertaining to CDL holders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Support recruitment efforts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,369.85 - $71,043.13 per year
