Are you ready to build your career by joining a global financial institution? If so, our client is hiring a Human Resources Project Program Management.

What You’ll Do:
  • Proactively support management full life cycle of complex cross-functional projects to deliver them in-scope, on-time, and on-budget.
  • Support the development of detailed project plans with realistic, achievable goals, defined actions, and milestones.
  • Ensure visibility to the project progress, milestones, and performance across all work streams.
  • Leverage project management principles and methodologies to identify, manage and resolve issues and risks, ensure quality results.
  • Utilize an objective, transparent, fact-based perspective to proactively recommend opportunities of improvement to stakeholders and the program management team.
  • Engage with project sponsors, stakeholders, change management and communication partners to actively gather input, or solicit and address feedback.
  • Support the development of project budgets, schedules, works plans, resource requirements, cost estimates and projections.
  • Support the Compensation Renovation team in running of weekly Leadership meetings; scheduling, preparing agendas, creating materials, and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Partner with comp system product owner to manage status of 2023 development strategy including large required builds (including Job Architecture), annual system hygiene and post mortem feedback from system users.
  • Assist comp process owner with management of quarterly and midyear comp process dry run and kick off run books, status tracking and follow up.
  • Provide assistance with regular and ad hoc training/program meetings for the Rewards and Analytics function by outlining agenda and presentation creation.
  • Status tracking and updating for other programs as needed.

What You Bring:
  • Experience in project support for medium to large scale projects.
  • University degree and 5 to 10 years Project Management experience.
  • Overall experience in hands-on project management, supporting Human Resources.
  • MS-Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and general MS-Office skills essential.
