The Accounting Assistant will provide exceptional support to the Accounting Manager by performing a range of general clerical and accounting functions.

Create ticket on calls and resolves them or passes ticket on to appropriate team. Log into Help Desk phone queue and takes support calls.

Manage scheduling for Executive Director and board, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, Social media. Maintain and refine internal processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to relate well to diverse groups; excellent listening skills.
