The Industrial Engineer will develop, install, and maintain cost effective methods of manufacturing. Maintain fair and equitable manufacturing operating standards. This position may report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. Uses independent judgment and exercises discretion in executing their duties. This position requires a high degree of confidentiality.
Essential Functions:
Required Education and Experience/Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering preferred and/or equivalent combination of experience, education and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
2. One (1) to three (3) years of experience in industrial engineering.
3. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
4. Ability to work effectively as a member of the engineering team.
5. Ability to problem solve
