As a Lead Generation Specialist you will need real competency and high energy as you will be working both independently and in a group. In addition, you will be supporting the sales effort companies-wide through researching, establishing relationships, sustaining a book of business for contractors to individual branches via a wide range of sources, and publishing KPIs of individual, division, and branch sales weekly.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum two years of experience in construction sales, business to business, or other lead generation techniques.
  • Demonstrated research ability.
  • High level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Search construction/engineering planning rooms for leads specific to our industry, and populating those leads into branch project lists based on geographic area.
  • Research social media and local news for construction activity throughout our geographical footprint.
  • Identify contacts with engineers, architects, contractors, vendors, etc. and build those relationships into a network of sharing information.
  • Develop and maintain a tracking mechanism for leads generated for specific branches.
  • Monitor sales data and estimator success company-wide.
  • Maintain communication with branch managers, estimators, and project managers, ensuring leads that you generated are being assigned and followed up via project lists and bid logs.
  • Maintenance and publishing of sales rankings and branch sales dashboards weekly.
  • Assisting the Director of Marketing with operational and strategic initiatives.
