Inside Sales Representative - Virginia Beach, VA

SteelMaster Buildings, the leading supplier of steel buildings, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! The ideal Inside Sales Representative candidate will be an energetic and motivated individual who thrives in the hustle of a sales work environment.

In this role, you’ll qualify assigned customer leads, work sales opportunities, and close building deals based on the customer’s needs. Your success will help customers purchase some of the world’s strongest, most versatile buildings.

Position Requirements:

• Identify and develop customer inquiries and ultimately close new customers
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed goals
• Closely manage the sales process from qualifying to closing
• Ability to consistently meet/exceed sales quotas
• Strong communication skills, open to training, and desire to win
• Knowledge or experience in the construction or building materials industry is preferred but not required
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Must reside in South Hampton Roads, Virginia

Skills:

• Competitive, personable, and open to feedback.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel. CRM experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with customers of a large demographic.

What we’ll offer you:

• Total compensation package of $35,000 – $120,000+ (uncapped) which includes a salary, commissions, and bonuses with no commission limits.
• 40-hour Monday through Friday work week. (No weekends)
