Position Overview:
Under the direction of the Corporate Controller, and in close collaboration with the accounting management team, the International Accounting Manager will contribute to building and leading our International Manufacturing Accounting teams located in Costa Rica, Mexico and China. This management role will be based out of Center Valley or Conshohocken, PA.
Responsibilities:

• Experience leading high performing teams
• Build and maintain relationships across the organization
• Drive change across a complex organization
• Attract, hire, and develop great local talent
• Development strategic plan and improvement projects
• General ledger accounting across multiple legal entities
• Financial analysis (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Budget, Estimates, Fixed Assets, Inventories)
• Balance account reconciliations
• International experience a plus (e.g. Procomer in Costa Rica, SAT in Mexico, STA in China)
• Customs compliance a plus
• Take initiative to problem solve and affect change when needed
• Travel to Lutron manufacturing facilities as needed for activities like training, physical inventories, and immersion in daily operations to enhance professional development
• Stay aligned to Lutron’s culture and values

Qualifications:

• BS Degree in Accounting with a 3.00 GPA or higher
• Min of 7 years of experience in similar position preferably in manufacturing company
• Plan and manage the efficient conduct of financial audits related to these entities
• Responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process for these entities
• Plan and manage statutory activities and financial compliance across these jurisdictions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
