Job Description :

Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys is seeking its next team member to join the IT Department as its IT Assistant Director. This self-starter, with attention to detail and a strong interpersonal skillset, will manage and coordinate all phases of effective information systems related to office automation, business process automation, systems development, and interfaces with the firm’s servers and computers under the direction of the firm’s Director of Information Technology. The IT Assistant Director will carry out duties related to the management and coordination of all activities within the department, including the design, development, implementation, support, and/or maintenance of computer hardware and software. Interfaces with vendors and with IT consultants on a regular basis regarding the design, development, implementation, and support of computer and server-based information systems. He or she will aid in the coordination of the Department's computer and server hardware, and software acquisition, including adherence to the firm’s standards (i.e., Information Technology protocols), contractual agreements and interfacing with vendors and function in a hardware and software maintenance capacity for an extensive multi-user network that includes numerous remote users and physical locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline with four (4) years of experience in related field
  • Experience working in Law firm setting
  • Demonstrated leadership experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
