IT Coordinator - Job Description:

Desktop Support/Help Desk Position

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provides basic troubleshooting assistance and ticket resolution for all SBC network computer users.
  • Supports computer users with installation of basic hardware/software and networking components to meet network computer needs.
  • Diagnoses and troubleshoots basic problems with individual or multiple computer systems to maintain proper functioning; resolves issues including contacting and assisting our dedicated remote IT Admin vendor and others as necessary.
  • Ability to assist with basic computer troubleshooting, knowing when to escalate the ticket to our IT vendor.
  • Manage mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, WiFi devices)
  • Assist with jobsite office setup including working with IT vendor and Comcast/Other internet providers
  • Manage all Copiers for Main Office and jobsite including lease negation, network setup assistance, trouble calling and resolve.
  • Assists with projects, and implementation of policies throughout area of assignment.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage all general communications regarding network policies and auditing network safety training ratings.
  • Admin software accounts specific to operations (TPx/UCx, PlanGrid, RAKEN and Bay Alarm security system)

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Candidate must be employee-focused, comfortable interfacing with all vendors, office & field staff and able to maintain a high level of service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to be prompt and courteous
  • Expert knowledge with Apple devices a plus.
  • Must have knowledge of and experience with:
  • Windows 10
  • Microsoft Office
  • PC hardware and terminology
  • Mobile device support (iPhone devices)
  • Remote connectivity tools
  • Experience setup and rebuilding workstations
  • Able to present a “can-do” attitude to end users
  • Focused on fellow employee satisfaction and providing solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on quick problem resolution
  • Very attentive and detail-oriented
  • Ability to determine problems and troubleshoot as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
