Responsibilities:

• Excellent business partnering: the IT&D Manager will need to build relationships with key leaders within the factory such that digital is always considered in scope of new projects. They will also need to engage (virtually and in-person) with the Reckitt Manufacturing community, with Global Teams, and with key players across the global functions in order to execute their job.
• Strong understanding of the landscape and processes involved within a factory, including the infrastructure and support requirements related to the convergence of IT and Operational Technology (OT)
• Must be confident to guide and challenge the thinking of leaders through superior communication and presentation skills including value articulation
• Must be a proactive self-starter: able to network, learn and take decisions independently; able to clarify and document unclear situations, set standards, and drive out uncertainty.
• Attitude and aptitude to thrive in a fast-moving, demanding, dynamic and ambiguous environment, with the personal integrity to make positive change and continuously look for improvement opportunities
• Lead by example with enthusiasm, motivation, and innovation. A very visible communicator who can engage across a variety of media to elevate the perception of their factory, IT&D, and themselves.
• Establish the strategic IT&D plan for Salt Lake City and own BAU budget and project costs to achieve this
• Champion of digital education and development of site personnel in order to increase adoption and commitment to the strategic plan

Qualifications:

• Degree qualified or equivalent
• Experience of working as IT leader in factories ideal but can take IT business partner or service partner roles into consideration (5 + years)
• Demonstrable Manufacturing process understanding and proficiency; experience with IT Operating Model alongside Industrial Automation and Industry 4.0, ideally in FMCG
• Project, Change, or Service Management skills desirableEquality
