Job Details:
As a Coordinator, you will help identify and troubleshoot computer or procedural issues through knowledge of different systems and related processes. You will be a “go-to” person, over the phone, for our internal customers experiencing system issues. We are seeking a candidate that can communicate technical information with a level of common understanding along with a strong customer service drive and timely responses. We offer a solid training program and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications Needed:
  • Two-year degree or equivalent general business environment experience
  • Experience demonstrating exceptional customer service and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs
