You will be working with IT’s internal business customers, IT department colleagues, and partners; providing adequate communication, oversight, and leadership to successfully complete a project/program from start to finish within budget while managing organizational resources and project portfolios.

IT Project Manager essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planning and developing the project idea(s) to pipeline:
• Establish an attainable scope, achievable plan, feasible deadline, and monitor the progress of the project.
• Developing and leading the team of your vision through project phases.
• Proactively Identify and resolve issues and probable impacts on the project.
• Optimal management of your financial resources.
• Ensure Satisfaction with Stakeholders.

A strong IT Project Manager will possess:

• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices coupled with experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
• Strong time management skills and project planning skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
• People skills, with the ability to engage diplomatically with stakeholders and communicate changes that may not be aligned with the original expectations.
• Strong Budgeting and Performance Tracking skills.
• Ability to travel 20% of the time to support job responsibilities.
• College Graduate, information management/technology or engineering degree or a related field or equivalent experiences.
• 3-5 years of experience of relevant project management-related experience.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP/PMI) certification is preferred.
