1.0 Job Summary
IT/Analyst is accountable for Managing, Supporting, and Implementing Technologies that enhance productivity, are cost effective and beneficial to the growth of Borgers USA.
2.0 Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage, support, implement, configure Servers, Switches, Access Points, and Firewall
· Provide helpdesk support for all employees
· Manage, support, configure Security systems Stanley PAC and ADP
· Manage, support, implement Avaya phone systems Voip
· Direct, execute and implement project administration and management
· Ensure constant application of company procedures and policies
· Identify and communicate areas of process improvement occasions
· Install, connect or set up software and hardware components
· Execute tracking action plans, analyze programs and oversee progress
· Coordinate follow-up meetings for every event to ensure work is completed and improvements have been integrated
· Operates any diagnostic equipment needed to perform job.
3.0 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Knowledge and implementation of general safe work practices
· Intermediate to advanced skills in multiple software applications, operating systems, and hardware configurations
· The ability to quickly learn new technical concepts, software applications or operating systems issues
· Self-starter with good organizing and planning skills to prioritize multiple projects and customers
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Possess good verbal and written communication
· Models effective attendance
· Ability to change and embrace change
· Ability to work independently and as part of a work group or team
· Able and willing to work in a manufacturing plant environment, including variable shifts and work days
4.0 Credentials and Experience:
· Bachelor degree or 2 year degree with minimum 5 years experience in the Information Technology or Network Administration (or similar field) or equivalent of experience in a similar role in a production/manufacturing environment
· Ability and desire to obtain and maintain the technical skills required to effectively support Borgers business processes
5.0 Special Requirements
· Authorization to work and reside in the United States
· Ability to obtain visa/passport for possible international travel
6.0 Physical Requirements
· Vision ability including close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
· Normal hearing ability (with or without corrective device)
· Ability to lift and carry items for short distances:
o less than 10 pounds – regularly
o less than 30 pounds – occasionally
o greater than 30 pounds – infrequently

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
