Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Provide support within a remote, and occasional on-site, troubleshooting environment for client base
• Ensure positive customer interaction by striving for first-call resolution, while making sure to provide clear and regular communication on issues that require follow-up assistance
• Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot infrastructure and systems
• Document, maintain, and upgrade or replace hardware or systems as per client agreements
• Perform system backup and restore files on computers during repairs and installs

Qualifications (looking for one or more of the following skills/experiences):

• 1 year of experience within a managed service environment, or similar
