Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of strategic learning and development programs in support of Tyson Global Technology's business and talent strategy. This includes overall program design for learning curriculum that is relevant and necessary for Tech Team Members to be effective at their jobs.

Curation of relevant external content, development of high-quality custom content, and engaging delivery of content are all key to success in the position. Learning curriculum will focus on technical learning in the following learning profiles: Architecture, Data Analytics, Analysis, and Project Management, as well as Tech Foundations for early career Tech Team Members. This position will also develop custom "Tysonized" content for processes and procedures that are highly technical in nature.

Key objectives in all curriculum development are to drive accelerated integration into teams and for team members to be able to immediately utilize all learning experiences on the job following the training programs. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and engagement with all levels of the Global Technology organization to educate on programs and benefits while identifying ongoing areas of focus and opportunity. Key relationships include Learning Profile subject matter experts and Global Technology people leaders.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or degree with relevant experience required.

Experience: 6 plus years of relevant experience in technology are required. Experience in one, or preferably more, of the following areas is required: cloud engineering, site reliability engineering, software engineering, cloud engineering, or testing. Experience designing learning and educational curriculum for technical employees preferred.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

Communication Skills: High level of written and verbal communication. Comfortability communicating and working with Technology leadership. Ability to present training and development courses in an engaging manner.

Supervisory: None

Travel: 2 - 3 trips a year, potentially more for departmental needs.
