IT Professional: Support Technician

This is a full-time position with excellent growth potential. Hours are 8 am - 5 pm Monday thru Friday, but this can vary depending on clients' needs and may require some evening and weekend work.

Candidates must be very trustworthy and reliable, demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, be an ideal team player, have a very professional appearance, communicate effectively, and possess solid customer-service relationship skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs and servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
• Consult and advise clients for best practices.
• Follow documented & proven procedures to ensure quality solutions.
• Respond courteously, accurately and timely to customer inquiries.

• Must have a current Comp TIA A+ Certification or a minimum 4 years industry experience.
• Prefer applicants with a 2-year or 4-year degree; however, experience is more important.

Level II Technician's at PC Quest make between $60,000 - $95,000.00/year inclusive of incentive-based bonuses and profit-sharing. Technicians are provided a company vehicle that they get to take home as well as a cell phone. The lunch room is always stocked, so free lunches are included. This is an incentive-based position where efficient, knowledgeable, and motivated employees are directly rewarded.
